Article 4: Online purchases

Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the customer's place of residence within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in delivery must be reported by the customer immediately to HÖNGRY via info@hongry.be
The risk for loss or damage passes to the customer once he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. Article 6: Retention of title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of HÖNGRY until full payment has been made by the customer.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online from the HÖNGRY webshop.
If the right of withdrawal applies, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days after physical receipt of the goods without giving reasons. This right to withdraw from the purchase is not valid if the product and/or packaging material are no longer original and/or damaged and/or unusable. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform HÖNGRY by email to info@hongry.be or by letter to HÖNGRY BUNCH, Schouteerpark 6, 9070 Destelbergen, of his decision to withdraw from the agreement (purchase).
The goods must be returned undamaged and unused and in the original packaging together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase in order to be taken back. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after delivery. The customer pays the shipping costs of the goods subject to the cancellation. If inspection by HÖNGRY shows that the goods were not returned in accordance with the general terms and conditions, the purchase amount including shipping costs will not be refunded or will not be fully refunded.
